Maybe.... Just maybe, this sight might suggest to the neighbours above and below my unit that perhaps there's a crazy cyclist living in the flat here:

I abandoned again today. My plan for a round island failed when I turned around slightly into Tuas area. Was too afraid of the lightning once again. It rained once from punggol till east coast, then I became dry, and it rained again at West Coast road.

The rain held back the National Women's Kayaking Championships today also. Poor teammates were standing, huddled and freezing under a small shelter/tent. The drizzle doesn't seem to be stopping.

Anyway back to the picture, yah, my wheels became so water logged they were making swooshing sounds when I spun them during post-ride bike cleaning. Had to take out the tire, tube and even the rim tape and hang dry my wheels. Water was literally pouring out of the valve opening when i took the tyres and tube off. Didn't want to take the chance of aluminium corroding (yes aluminium does corrode. the white layer of aluminium oxide IS corrosion!)

Bothersome. Has the rain stopped?
