Ok, here's a pretty wierd post, for those who are concerned.
My percieved grumpiness is of nobody's fault but my own. It is something of my own doing, which should pass with time. It is to some extent a result of over training / tiredness, but that only contributes a very small extent. It is also largely because I normally don't feel like talking and don't really like the idea of pretending to want to talk. Maybe I should. I guess this is another one of my anti-social traits? Anyways the point is it is something you should not be too concerned about. Cos I might be appearing 'grumpy' for an unspecified and potentially long period.
Major gripe about my new phone: The ringing / message volume is way too soft by my standards. Especially with the speakers being located behind the phone unit, I have to perpetually leave my phone facing DOWN so as to not compromise the volume. I think there'll be a very largy chance I don't hear it while cycling, but then again that's probably a good thing.
Besides that, today was pretty much a rest day. Too many people falling sick. I was feeling wierd in the morning too. Seems like wednesday training always has a deblitating effect, so thursday will naturally become a rest day. Time since last swim: 3 weeks+
