I did the Wednesday ANZA ride this morning and the pace up to the half way mark was surprisingly slow. I think a large reason is due to the contrast with the Rodalink West group. Knee were feeling ache still but could ride nontheless. Interesting happenings or observations would be the slightly reduced traffic I believe as well as a few stretches of near total darkness along neo tiew road. Could barely just see the white line on the road, plus of course the red flashing tail lights of those infront. Legs ran out of steam at the end near Jalan Buroh and started to slip back. Looks like my time trialing skill aren't that great afterall. I felt weak as I crawled home, and it was a good decision later to cancel the run as my kness were aching.

Ok, I am supposed to go and swim... but I'm lazy and there are some buns on the table.
