I've signed up for Legs and Paddles (Men's Challenge) and PA champs (K2) . 2 Sundays gone. What I did the most this week: SLACK. Seriously, after the previous week, my body has gone into this lazy mood, naturally selecting the easy way out of things (eg. Q: sleep or cycle? A: sleep). A 1 hour 30 min run on Monday and then I declare off for myself for the next 2-3 days!!! What is becoming of me... =(
Ok, I signed up for Legs and Paddles (Sunday) to test my legs largely, as it contains a 10k component after the 6k paddle (self-destruct style, with lousy boat and paddle included), so this must be according to my plan to taper right? Ha ha, apparently not, as I accidentally agreed to go for AHM training on Saturday... Hmm, it will indeed be a test.... to complete!
And my dru.... erm, supplements have arrived at the vpost location within US, been processed, and I just paid $47 for the shipping (*gasp), and that's after using some 12% discount for UOB credit card..... No more bonking and cramps! Time to increase the mileage!!!!! =) Ok lah, I'm over zealous, still have to wait for 5-8 working days... in the meantime...

I've realised I've developed a sweet tooth for flavoured, sweetened drinks! At home, I drink more ribena, soya milk and jia jia liang teh than all the plain water in the day combined! Hmmm, and there's something about kushinbo outing.... At this rate, Ironman 70.3 looks to be in jeopardy...
