Overtrained / over-reached. I've been pretty much just bumming around the couple of days from Wednesday till now. Feelings of not wanting to wake up. Feelings of tiredness / exertion when I'm only at 65% max heartrate (130bpm). I was even cycling around on Saturday at 45% max heartrate (90bpm) for like 30 mins before I decided to turn around (cos I was unmotivated, it was going to rain, the bike braking was wierd, and the aerobar armrest pivot shook loose again!).
Sent in the bike on Saturday for the braking to be fixed. But I have doubts that the problem will truly be rectified due the finicky nature of my Zero Gravity brake calipers. Might really have to change the brake calipers afterall... And the stupid aerobar armrest pivoting screw shook loose again, so I hope it can TRULY be fixed, unlike before.
So I have been just eating and sleeping... I shall try and resume the intensity next week, and hopefully the body will get used to it soon.
