I've been reading up on how to utilize the batteries I just bought. From left to right: PowerGel Vanilla Flavour, Plain Flavour, Green Apple Flavour (with caffeine), Endurolytes Salt Tablets, PowerBar Vanilla Crisp. Yum yum, need to start eat... erm, experimenting with them soon.

I wish myself luck for PA Champs.

According to some online sources sports drinks and powergels do not have that much salt content, so they suggest eating 2-3 endurolytes per hour of profuse sweating. But it looks troublesome to carry around and keep popping the capsule and drinking with water so often.

Not sure what perpeteum is, will go check it out later....
