Completed HYSYS.... Next up: Mechanical Design.

Argh, my Cateye rear blinker mounting bracket broke off from my work horse today while i was trying to detach the light from it. Drats. Now I have to depends on my emergency helmet binker. Why is my equipment failing me? The rear blinker of my Vanquish also died on me a month ago, and half a year ago another front blinker failed. I think metal components in the circuitary must have corroded. A new heuristic (argh! hysys!) I've learnt is to change all cell batteries in my electronic devices periodically, because batteries DO and WILL leak with time. And the stuff that leaks out will destroy your device...

And my Oakley Zeros have started corroding too. The rubber contact areas have all turned weirdly moist, even when I do not use them. Some sort of chemical failure? Sigh, waste time changing stuff.

And I slipped today, while climbing down stairs at the coffee shop in my lousy cycling shoes. It must have been quite a scene as my cleats literally slammed loudly onto the floor as I broke the fall.

Oh yes, I should blog about my messenger bag (see picture below, or www.chromebags.com). Yes, I went crazy and bought an ex bag even though my Deuter was still fully functional. Ok, the Deuter bag was old and smelly I guess. I hope my new bag stays 'new' longer. Hur hur. Anyways, about 100% of the people I've met have commented that my bag is big, so I suppose it is. But I like it that way=). It's highly functional as a bag. You know, a bag is meant for carrying things, so wouldn't it be such a shame if it wasn't big enough to do so? And my bag's big but I think it still looks pretty nice. When I first bought it I put my old, fully loaded Deuter bag INTO my new bag and cycled it home.

Yes, for once someone is using a messenger bag the way it's meant to be used: on a bike!

I think I have clearly lost my train of thought, and must most certainly be suffering from the effects of lack of sleep plus too many days doing monotonous HSYS plus inertia to do more work.

And all of a sudden, exams are coming again, and I fear for the worst. I hope IA will be a blast next sem. Hope they have like some locker room and excellent showering facilities for me to shower there. Clearly, I have already fallen alseep....
