I've more or less recced the route for tomorrow's ocbc 40km. Sad to say, my form now is pathetic. Had trouble holding even a like 36kmh on a flat. Disappointing. And my heart / chest felt fluish sensations at higher exertions. Anyway, it'll be an interesting 'race' tomorrow, if the start doesn't screw up (don't want to start behind and be blocked). There are numerous sections that will definitely string out the field, so it'll be important to stay near the front. Some crashes may be inevitable i suspect...
