While I continue my online escapades from reality (where exams not studied for and fyp not done), I reflect on how the lowering of my seatpost by somewhere between 5-10mm relieved the knee ache I've been enduring the past 2 days.
Basically since Round Ubin, I've switched to my single speed Bridgestone 450, and the back of my knees are aching. Especially after yesterday's short run / this morning's ride. I figured it was due to overextension at the downstroke of my pedal stroke, and so went to lower my seatpost at the next moment study boredom hit me (which was like very soon).
I don't like the design of the saddle on this bike. I'm unable to sit on the 'sit bones' due to the convex shape of the saddle. It's uncomfortable, and may border on hurting if I did longer commutes.
Procrastination was a success (as always...).
